Provides an interface for franchisees to automatically export their franchise royalties and sales data for specific reporting periods into a single, secure reporting system. Franchisees may also generate a series of preprogrammed reports designed to provide immediate analysis of their data versus their own historical data, other similar units and/or benchmarks established by the franchisor.
IFX’s SRM can incorporate a form-based or auto export interface that integrates with your Intranet/Extranet Support System that franchisees can access to enter import their franchise royalties and sales data (or other data) into a Master Reporting Database designed specifically to accommodate your needs. Once the franchisee's data has been received, they can select from a series of preprogrammed reports designed to assist them in analyzing their current data versus their historical data, an average derived from all franchisee data, or a benchmark or goal established by the franchisor. Each of these reports can be produced in graphic format (color line chart, pie chart or bar chart) for easy viewing at the franchisee level. If your company already has a system in place to collect data from franchisees (i.e. a POS system, QuickBooks, etc.), IFX's SRM can integrate with your system to automatically (or manually) export field data from your system to a Master Reporting Database. In this case, franchisees would not be required to manually enter their own sales data in order to run a series of reports on what their data means in the form of various chart comparisons.
One of the keys to an SRM for Sales and Royalty Reporting is that all of the sales and franchise royalties reporting data pertaining to each franchised location can be stored in a Master Reporting Database and made available in its entirety to the franchisor's SRM Administrator. Whereas, specific franchisees can only enter data for their specific location(s) and view corresponding reports, the SRM Administrator would be able to view a series of preprogrammed reports at a much higher access level, effectively comparing trends and conducting analysis for one franchise, an entire selection of franchises, or all franchises by category, as a whole, or by date range. Further, data from the Master Reporting Database can be imported into the client's local database, spreadsheet or accounting system in whole or in part at any point.
IFX’s SRM can also incorporate an Online Payment Center (OPC) to automatically or manually draft Royalty and Service Fees, National Ad Fund Contributions, Technology Fees and other regularly occurring fees, transferring funds into bank accounts designated by the franchisor. This can also include calculation of late fees, notices of payments made (or not made) within a certain timeframe, penalties and even currency conversion capability.
